The Embassy of Finland is located on the 18th floor of the famous Kyobo Building in Gwanghwamun, Seoul. Embassy has been located in the Kyobo Building since 1980. The embassies of Australia, Austria and Columbia currently reside in the same building. Furthermore, South Korea's largest bookstore, which is conveniently named Kyobo Bookstore, can be found from the building's basement.
The Embassy of Finland can be easily found, as it is situated in the very center of Seoul. Embassy's neighbors include among others, the Seoul City Hall, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the United States of America.
The easiest way to visit us is by taxi or by the magnificent but inexpensive Seoul subway system. The closest subway station is called Gwangwhamun Station (광화문역) on line 5. The main entrance to the building is situated between exits 3 and 4. Please notice that the elevators to the highest floors can be found from the right-hand side of the lobby.

Ambassador's official residence is located in the mountainous Seongbuk-dong area, in the northeastern part of Seoul, approximately 5 kilometers from the embassy premises. It is an area with handsome, traditional Kisaeng houses. Seongbuk-dong is also a popular residential area for foreign diplomats.
